': To facilitate comparisons of proteins across species, genera and families of dsRNA viruses, protein structure / function indicators can be / have been added to protein names: (Pol) = RNA polymerase; (CaP) = capping enzyme (guanylyltransferase); (Hel) = helicase enzyme. 

 

Other species within the genus may have cognate proteins with significant differences in sizes. Proteins with similar functions from other genera.
